I have a Samsung LN-T4071F LCD TV with the following problem:
Occasionally (maybe every few minutes, sometimes more) horizontal bars will briefly flash on the screen (for a fraction of a second). The bars usually look like sections of the picture that jump out of place in the vertical axis. Sometimes the bars are thin. It's hard to describe but hopefully I've given a decent enough description to start with.
The problem doesn't seem to occur for the first few minutes the TV is on.
It ususally occurs in bursts (ie it will happen a few times within a short period of time)
I read through the badcaps basic TV troubleshooting guide and various discussions around the web that led me to suggest it was the TCON board, but the problem persists.
I haven't found any discussions specific to this issue.
Thanks in advance
