Hey guys so i got this tv on my bench. It was boot looping did a little research and learned the flash memory chip goes bad on these. So i replaced that tv comes ons and everything works except for the smart tv function. Cannot get into smart hub. It will come up and say starting, then downloading and then it will stay on installing for some time before the tv shuts off then reboots back to previous input.

I picked up this TV a couple days ago and it's SUPPOSED to be a smart tv, however it doesnt have any apps or wifi settings to change. I cannot find this EXACT model, it's actually a slight variant that is turning up this information. This is a UA40J5200AKXZN.
The interesting thing about this tv is where it was made. It was made in Egypt. The closest information that I can find that could apply to this model is the following website:
