42MF337b/37 led turns green and chirps

Greetings, I have a Magnavox 42mf337b/37, when the power button is pushed, the red led goes green and the unit begins chirping from the power board. there is no picture. I have attached a schematic to this post and I have taken some voltage measurements from cn902, I'm wondering if anybody has any ideas where to take some additional measurements to isolate the cause. It would appear the 24v circuit is shorted. I have already replaced domed and leaking c951, c952, and c953 which rampantly showed up during my first google search of the problem, however it didn't have any affect on the symptom. You will be more likely to get assistance if you take good clear pics of the boards on your set, the schematic is nice, but having pics of your sets boards will help everyone assist you.

And also, if you have removed bad caps, at this point its not a bad idea to remove and test the rest, even if a cap isnt bulged it could have failed.

Use your meter in diode mode and check diodes D926, D922.
Also check capacitors C951,2 & 3 are not bulged or leaking
