Samsung PN64D7000 Rebooted Into a Dim Grainy Hell

So I was watching golf yesterday and after it was over, the TV apparently had had enough and crapped out again (more on this later) and rebooted and when it came back, the picture was very grainy, lots of noise, much dimmer, very hard to see at distance, text was hard to read. Colors were very washed out. It just looked awful, even worse than this picture. Any ideas?

In regards to TV's history, bought it November 2011. September 2013, there was a vertical line that appeared. It was the panel. I was able to convince Samsung to take care of it, so $1,900 saved. Except, I would've never paid $1,900 to fix a $2,000 TV.

About 4 months after that, a big block across the middle appeared. Panel again, but again I convince them to take care of it. $3,800 in repair costs so far. Now some 2 and a half years later, this crap happens. Needless to say, I'm not big on investing much back into this crap TV, or any Samsung for that matter, so I just wanted to give history for anyone reading. Thanks.

What does the OSD menu look like on the screen?
Try disconnecting one side of the Tcon, then vice versa. Post the results.

OSD looks the same. Background of settings a really noisy teal blue.

Looks to me like the Xmain has taken a shit, these Tvs have good image but are shit reliability wise. Can you get us an image of the back of the Tv and of the boards ? Also do you have a DMM ?

No DMM. I can manage picture of back, but for the time being it would be rather difficult to get TV in a position to take apart at all.

Anything in particular you want to see on the back with the cover on? It's a bit of a squeeze to get a pic of the back, so just wanted to know what you were looking for. Thanks.
