OK, I am confused, on post #5 you indicated that 'When i only connect the PSU + Backlight, the Backlight works.' So the backlights come on and stay on?
So far you have all the correct command signals, the only thing I see bad is the 13V power supply section, if those Voltage readings are correct then the backlights should be on right now with all the boards connected. The only signal I do not know what it is used for is the 'OD' signal.

BTW, that power supply board is know for bad solder joints around transformer legs and any solder joints where the component's legs are fed through rivet and soldered.

BTW, that test point is the switched 13V power supply, now you are saying you only getting a little bit over 9V (post 12), something is not done right.

Yes BUDM but he took that picture from a russian site. He posted another pic of him measuring the board OUTSIDE of the tv , so its not connected to the backlight or mainboard when he powered it on.

He says the backlight turns on when he removes the cable going to the mainboard. This means the PS and backlight look good. This tv has edge lit so its not the leds.

Its either the mainboard or T-con thats causing this. I think its the same issue as my led tv that worked after a reflow.

When you got home and got some time then try and get some "flux". Put that under/next to the cpu and heat the chip with a heat gun for like 3/4 minutes. I use one that costed me $10. The flux will in combination with heat reflow the solder under the cpu.

I had a similar problem with a LED tv and its now working after a reflow. ( Check my thread ).

                Hello,

i tried to reflow the CPU, but no improvement. I got a used worked PSU, built it in and the TV is running. So i dont know whats wrong, it must be something wrong with the PSU...some IC or something else. However, i am happy that the TV is running with the used PSU. Thank you all for your help!

                  Hi to all
                  A question about this model.
Does anybody have the datasheet of the lcd panel?
Is it possible to replace the lcd panel with an other one not made by Samsung but same resolution and voltage?
                  Thank you
