Hoping to get some help identifying <cause> component of an issue I have.
TV is a Samsung LA40B530. Issue is only on display of picture (any source) or OSD (menu, etc).
See attached for how the problem presents.
Issue is hard - temperature is no influence, cables reseated, etc.
So - what do people think? Mainboard? T-Con? Panel? PSU?
I'm also unable to get to Factory mode via the remote to check detailed settings....any tips on that also appreciated.
