This TV is doing some weird stuff. It will power cycle off and on for about 10 minutes, not really even long enough to get past the splash screen. After a bit it cycle on and stay on. It will stay on as long as you let it. If I don't do anything but change channels and volume it will work just fine. But as soon as I try to go to the smarttv menu, the remote will no longer respond. It won't turn off, change channels, nothing. The smarttv menu never starts. Also if I go to settings and try to start the wifi setup it does the same thing. Sometimes just going to the settings menu it does it also. Do I have 2 problems? Main and power board? Or power and another board? I am not sure where to start. I metered the Va and Vs and they are exactly where they are supposed to be when it finally stays on. I am thinking the power board it heating up and the expansion is making up a bad connection but not sure.
