Samsung PN64E550D1F squirrley issues

This TV is doing some weird stuff. It will power cycle off and on for about 10 minutes, not really even long enough to get past the splash screen. After a bit it cycle on and stay on. It will stay on as long as you let it. If I don't do anything but change channels and volume it will work just fine. But as soon as I try to go to the smarttv menu, the remote will no longer respond. It won't turn off,change channels, nothing. The smarttv menu never starts. Also if I go to settings and try to start the wifi setup it does the same thing. Sometimes just going to the settings menu it does it also. Do I have 2 problems? Main and power board? Or power and another board? I am not sure where to start. I metered the Va and Vs and they are exactly where they are supposed to be when it finally stays on. I am thinking the power board it heating up and the expansion is making up a bad connection but not sure.

Pull the power board and examine the solder pins of heat sinked devices with a magnifier.
Solder any and all suspect connects and re-install / test.

Perfect advise! Check QS802 and QS804,you will see bad solder joints.
Re-solder ALL components that are on a heat sink.This power supply is notorious for it and will self destruct if you keep running it this way.

Doubt it. Take care of the solder joints first then see where you're at.
