More issues with Samsung PN58B650S1F (with video)

    Hello again

    Based on this early thread:

    https://www.badcaps.net/forum/showthread.php?t=52853

I thought we had concluded that I had a bad power supply.
Ordered one up and it arrived today. installed everything in the reverse order of the removal of the original and when I plugged it in I popped the right fuse closest to the 120volt ac input. Unplugged it, replaced the fuse and plugged in again. This time the left fuse blew!

Took the board out and replaced with THE ORIGINAL BOARD, the one that brought me to this issue and it did not blow any fuses and did what it has done since the TV went down. Here is a video shot a few minutes ago of the original board and what it's doing.

Do you think the PS that I got was bad or is there something else to my problem beyond the PS?

    TIA

You got a bad powersupply. If let's say another board in the tv would be shorted out,the power supply would grunt for a sec and then shutdown in selfprotection.
It blowing the ac fuses is a very strong indication that you received a faulty board. I would quickly send that back to where it came from.
Proud owner of dozens of broken TV's and many, many, many boards.
