Hello, I am also looking a repairing a tab on my toshiba 58" led, I searched high and low and finally found a place ccfloffer.com. China. Had to buy 10 tabs... Minimum order but was not that bad 30$.. Total was like 45$ in c$.. So now I have the tabs and I'm looking on how to swap the ripped one...I've seen the 3m 9703 tape but I don't think the pitch is small enough..I've seen the acf tape used for heat bonding but to buy a roll is like 60$ and it has a shelf life....was thinking of going to a tv place that does bonding see what they would charge...for a piece or just to do it..I've also built a solder t bar from brass that I cud use to heat the tab and tape if I get that far...so bottom line ck that web site for some tabs...Comment

Do u have a hot bar soldering station or COF bonding Machine?
Can it be Made using Thermodes & Pulsed Heating (Pulsed Current Supply)?Comment
