Hi I have an older Sanyo 50" plasma that had been great. The other day the wife turned on the tv and said the picture just went to black like an old tube tv. I have opened it up and done my research online and can't find any answers. So far I've cleaned up all the dust and went through all the boards with a magnifier glass for any signs and found none. Done voltage checks for Vs,Va,Vsc, and Ve and all were in range. The power on light comes on and power supply clicks and there was audio until the wife change inputs on the remote so now I can't see what input or channel it's on. I have removed the main board and tried the self test jumping Pson to ground and jumping logic pins and you can hear a slight buzz like its cycling through the colors but absolutely no image or color on the screen. I have even swapped logic birds and ran another self test and no luck. The led on the logic board blinks once a second indicatining no problems with y and x but now I'm stumped I don't know what other voltages to check or tricks to try. I almost forgot I removed the ribbon cables on the Y and checked each tab for shorts and none were found. Check all the fuses and they are ok. I don't know what to do and would love a little help. I can't find anything like this on the web most are either shorted Y, blown fuses, and bad caps almost all with visible signs.
Sanyo plasma DP50747-04. No picture. Fuses ok and logic board shows no error

by Sik_6ty_SixxSo like the title says, I have an old Stereo Receiver/Amplifier that I picked up from the goodwill, it's a HH Scott Model A510. When I first got it home it had zero output. Opened it up, notice the fuses are missing. Pop in 2 new fuses (AGC4A 250V) and try again, within 5 seconds the L channel fuse POP! I don't see any visible indications of damage or arc burns on the PCB, no popped resistors or diodes, no burnt traces or blown out caps. So I decide to just try another new fuse, POP. Swapped around my R and L speaker wires, and checked the integrity of all wires and connections. Everything looks...5 Photos

by sam_sam_samAbout a month ago we had a transformer jumper wire that burned in two different places between two transformers caused over $200 thousand dollars worth of damage to VFD drives at least 10 of them and a memory card and quite a few power supply as well
Now we have most of the equipment that got damaged back up and running except a feeder that has issues and we are waiting for some parts for
Now we also have another piece of equipment that was blowing fuses on the 110 volt controller switch circuit with the āEā stops and one switching power (24 volt) supply and a transformer... -
by ohrenI hope this is the right forum to post in despite not technically being a repair, but still a question of swapping boards.
I thought I'd explore the possibility to upgrade an existing working Samsung ue55nu7096u with the logic board (and power board if needed) of a newer model (ue55ru7105k) of the same size and appearance (and resolution). The reason being I'd like the extra inputs of that board including component in, an extra HDMI port and bluetooth. Its panel is broken so I have no use for the board otherwise.
The models launched in 2018 and 2019 respectively.... -
by ArMaaN376Hello,
I am having Samsung PS51E550 Plasma TV. While the TV was working, a crackling sound heard & video went off with audio still ON. After switching it off & ON, the red LED on TV blinks six times & then off.
Opened TV cover & observed foll
a) Green LED on the small PCB blinks at @5-6sec ON & off for 3-4 secs. Red LED on logic board ON
b)Vs & Va on power supply board raises momentarily to 209v & 58v resp & then drops.
c) Cold test on Y-main board shows all 3 pins of FGPF4536 IGBT short to Grnd.
How to confirm Y -Buffer board... - Loading...
