Hello,

It is chassis:ICC20 EN

Error: There is no horizontal synchronization.
I replaced the CC060 / 1uF, the error has not been corrected.
Could it be a bad processor IC001 / TDA9321H?

I would try replacing CL004 (1uF), CL005 (100uF), and CL008 (100uF) in the horizontal output section. Resolder the horizontal drive transformer (LL001) while you're there.

first check the soldering on *everything* connected to a heatsink or metal plate.
you will find lots of broken joints.

well done for having a working one btw, those suffer a lot from tube failure.
before you ask, the sumptom is picture with a solid colour field behind it inc scanlines - usually the blue gun.

That seems to me that the Horizontal Oscillator Frequency is OFF frequency. I think there is a Horiz Osc crystal near the Main IC in the Horiz Osc circuit....Replace that...It may be blue in colour.
