Samsung PN51D550C1F Plasma Samsung Logo Boot Loop

When I plug the set in I get the Samsung logo then the screen turns off and back on again displaying the logo again it does this over and over in a loop. The set does not respond to remote or front button commands. While this is happening I have tested the VS and VA and its steady even though the panel appears to turn off the logic board keeps blinking the regular heart beat.

Any ideas?

Short out pins 3 and 4 located here on your control board.
Disconnect the LVDS cable that connects the mainboard to the control board .

You should get test patterns, if they display as normal then you have a faulty mainboard.

Ordered a new main and installed it and it fixed the issue.
