sceptre 32 inch x320bv

My video and sound flash on and off. I've left it unplugged for a while to no avail. I don't see any sign of blown caps. My 24vdc and 12vdc go to full 24/12 but will drop down. 24 goes 18 16 12 8 and 12 goes 10 8 6 4 when it is flashing. If I unplug the inverter board it holds the 24/12vdc without an issue. Any idea? I'm stumped

I apologize as you can see the time I posted it. I'm reading my voltage at the pins on top of the power supply

It's a bm116 power supply. Had issues uploading

Picture is way out of focus, I would check the power MOSFETs on the inverter board to see any of them show low resistance between S and D pins.

Which is the mosfets on this inverter and how exactly would I go about checking them

There are 4 of them, they have Big Tab on top and 3 legs on the bottom. Looking at it with tab up the tab is the D (Drain), the right pin is the S (Source), you need to test the resistance between S and D to see if any one of them shows low resistance (<100 Ohms).

Are you talking all with the exposed windings? If so I got 866 ohms from all but one was 922 ohm
