P50HDTV10A with 10 blinks, but powers on with red artifacts on screen

I got Vizio P50HDTV10A plasma. Originally the TV would not turn on at all and gave me 10 LED blinks (YSUS problem). I opened it up and found 10 blown caps on the PSU board (yes, PSU board), so I have replaced them. Other caps on all other boards looked OK.

Now, when I plug the TV in, relay clicks and in few seconds it clicks out followed by LED flashing 10 times. However, now when I press the power button the TV comes on image and all, fully watchable. When I turn the TV off, the LED blinks 10 times again.

However, there are a usual red lines and spots that show on the panel. When you freeze the image they do not move like snow does nor they change with the static image, so they are not always in the same spot. See attached image, look specifically on face above eyes, under chin, around ears,...

The voltages on the PSU are within 1V or nominal. When I looked up the repair kits for this PSU, most come with 18+ capacitors, while I replaced only 10 as others looked OK. I can replace others as well, but somehow I doubt that it will fix this issue. Am I correct in assuming that this is a YSUS board/drivers problem?

    Thanks,
    -Peter
