tv has 3/4 of a good picture then there is a white line then it is fuzzy I am trying to figure this out for a friend so no pics as of yet thanks

it was working yesterday, i opened it up and saw this mess. boardview and schematic uploaded for convenience.

pin 17 vreg5 = 0v ~ solder joint was corroded and flicked right off with my probe, was able to get clean and reflow, rest look fine.
pin 8 vreg3 = 0v
pin 13 en = .2v
pin 1,6 entrip1,2 = 0v
b+ and b++ = 19.5v
+5valw = 0v & 25+ohm to ground
+3valwp = 0v & 25+ohm to ground
i cleaned the board up just a little and can get more pics.
where should i be looking? thx... -

So my friend was visiting and he wanted to use my solder bench to solder on some WLED circuit board. My laptop was open on the side for RAM upgrade. I know my mistake.
So while soldering he had too much solder on the soldering iron tip and he just shook off the soldering iron on the table itself to remove extra solder on the soldering tip and it landed on the motherboard of laptop. He then out of fear tried to remove it using solder wick and did more damage by removing some components as well. So here I am with weird situation.

Hi, Any one that might have an idea for an xBox Series X Part That I can not figure out the correct part number for. iI blew apart on the board. Nothing on the board to go by as well. firstly, I have to let you know, I am not working with DELL laptops often ( actually, I can't remember, if I was fixing some board issue on DELLs ). And now I got for repair one from my friend.
