As title Psu is bad
Swapped with known good psu
set fires up

Diode circled is shorted.

Yes everything else tests ok
Just going to swap the diode and will update when done.

Set was totally dead no lights or nothing..

That is the typical MUR series PFC diode that failed as shorts, if you search badcaps' site with 'MUR *' you will see that happens a lot on SAMSUNG P.S., you will not get PFC boosted Voltage when it failed.

Certain batches of bad diodes with this fault. Replacing like for like should be OK.

may be the brand or the series that they were using are bad.
600V seems to be too low for me, it should be 1000V.
