Bad tab bonds

You will have to dismantle the panel
Then try massage the tabs goign down the side of the screen and see which are causing this issue.
It will be a couple or so from the looks of it
Then use heatshrink compound to put pressure on it
then close up and screw up tight
Should work depending how bad it is.

Also be careful with the screws for the lcd panel it self make sure you have the right screwdriver for them, they are very easy to round off..

My personal experience with tab bond faults is that the repairs don't usually last. There are some exceptions of course. The whole-screen or half-screen generally are more reliable after repair. I've never seen a reliable fix for horizontal band failure. The shim to apply pressure should be made of a firm but compressible material, and it must withstand the high operation temperatures.
