Panasonic TH-42PZ85U Plasma- Bar/Lines on screen

I get this on the screen of this plasma TV. I already reseated several of the ribbon cables on the bottom of the screen. I still get the bar and lines on the screen. Any idea what this could be? Is it a bad panel?

Unfortunately, it is a bad panel. That's a rare fault on these sets. Looks like you've had quite a few pixels plus one driver fail. That's odd.
