I get this on the screen of this plasma TV. I already reseated several of the ribbon cables on the bottom of the screen. I still get the bar and lines on the screen. Any idea what this could be? Is it a bad panel?

Unfortunately, it is a bad panel. That's a rare fault on these sets. Looks like you've had quite a few pixels plus one driver fail. That's odd.Please do not PM me with questions! Questions via PM will not be answered. Post on the forums instead!

Stopped by this site trying to fix my parents Panasonic Plasma TV.
Model number is TH-50PZ85U
Power comes on and the red power light stays on solid.
Did a few checks like hold the power button on for 60 seconds, hold the - Volume while holding the menu button, no luck, still@ blank grey screen as the screen lights up very vague.
I also hear a few clicks.
I also think my parents said there was a thunderstorm and the TV failed after that.

Hello, I have a screen in where sometimes when I open it pop-up vertical multicolor lines (I would say the most of them are green). If I tun off and turn on the screen the lines dissapear or if I leave open the screen after approximately five minutes the lines gone. I measured the below voltages on the main PCB and on the T-CON board and the voltages are the same when it doesn’t display the vertical lines and when it displays the vertical lines. Also, I cleaned all the connectors very good with IPA. I moved back and forth the connectors and the COF tabs but the vertical lines didn't displayed... -
My Panasonic Plasma model P55VT50 has started displaying "interference" on just the left half of the screen only (left when facing the screen). Sometimes it's concentrated in about the first 30 seconds after startup, then disappears. Other times it's fine at startup and then randomly does it later on. When it flashes the interference it's very quick and doesn't stay on the screen unless it flashes repeatedly in a row.

Hi all
I have lines on the screen...which is an age old problem that can be remedied by watching Youtube videos and getting out the tape.
My issue (after successfully fixing a different sammy tv with a separate tcon board and isolating the side of the panel...):
This tv has an integrated tcon...so it is a bit more confusing when trying to isolate the clocks.
It has a c ribbon and i have taken each end out to see if that will isolate the lines. instead, it makes it much worse ALL over the tv!
So....i don't know what end of the C ribbon to work with... -

I have a panasonic TH-42PC77U plasma television.
the lower 1/2 of the screen has become flaky....in and out, then finally goes black and you can only see the top portion.
i have performed the reset to default settings quite a few times. Panasonic recommended..did not believe this would help...it didn't.
I have removed the back panel and looked around for something obvious...burn marks in a board, etc....nothing obvious...
I have read some posts that suggest the problem is related to the boards on the left...
