Toshiba 37WL66E REGZA - Picture Flicker

Hello Badcaps,

Please take a quick look of zipped video clip.
The problem is flickering, slight colors distortion, faint ghost image shadowing.
I haven't opened the back case yet, would appreciate any suggestions on repair.

Can you upload the video to YouTube, Me and most likely many others won't open a zipped file.

OK your description says 1 hour... So it takes 1 hour before that is happening? Is the picture fine before that?

To me personally it looks like the panel is failing
