and the upper buffer is also most likely blown. I think there's someone in the UK on Ebay offering I consider a very reasonably priced repair service on these.

If you go ahead and get this running, I'd recommend reflowing the solder joints on the heatsinked FETs on the PSu as a preventative as these often crack and cause issues and or blow the FETs.

I have the ysus and the buffer all working on eBay at a high price but make a offer only priced high so the buyer could make me a offer then I can communicate with him due to recent returns I'm having due to wrong fault diagnose
