Toshiba 42RV530 dead

There is no 3.2v when I turn the switch. All capacitors are good in power supply, so what's next to be check. BTW when I turn the switch manually no clicking sounds

Found open 1.8 resistor (white square) forgot the location.. Fixed the TV!!

If I am correct, there should be a relay that bypass that inrush current limiter resistor, you should verify that the relay contact is still good otherwise that resistor will burn open circuit again.
