Hi Have Samsung ps50c550 works fine on the dynamic setting, once you move it to standard, cinema setting on the remote, goes dark colour any one know what the problem can be?

done a factory reset but no luck

Hi just to confirm it was the main board that was faulty.

Missed that :-) not sure if these sets have an eeprom, I suspect they do not
