TV doesn't power up when you press the power button on the remote or the touch panel. The red LED is on and when you press the remote power button the light blinks, but the TV won't turn on. Attached PDF is what I did to see if the power supply has the correct voltages and they are in specs.
I bought a main board from eBay and replaced my board. The TV turned on by itself and showed the channel on the top left and no signal on the screen. I had the cable hooked up. The LED indicator keeps flashing constant and cannot do anything. You cannot turn it off with the remote or touch panel nor can you view the menu or change anything. I left it on for a while and the TV turned off on its own due to no signal. Now its back to the same issue. Power indicator on, flashes when you push the power button on the remote, but doesn't turn on. Pressing the front panel buttons doesn't work. What could be wrong with it? The person that I bought the main board from is sending me another one, hopefully that will work.
