Samsung LN40A550P3F Works After 3 Minutes

I'm looking at a Samsung where the caps "look" good on the boards but when hitting power button... it takes about 10 (not 3) minute's for it to turn on. After that it works great. Any ideas? Thanks

I did replace most of the caps on the power board (some were bulged) a year ago which fixed the problem but now its acting up.

Check the ps-on or (or similar on the power supply to make sure it changes when the power button is pressed. If not, most likley the main board. I don'k know if your power supply has a pull up resistor, but you could try pulling the plug to the main board and checking the voltages.

trump... not super sure what you mean... do I check power board to see if it's acting up while pressing power button? thanks for the reply
