    Hi BrownG!
Than you for your inquiry! Those are some awesome pictures you attached!
Regrettably, that is not a US Model and as things go, we do not have access to the schematics nor service manuals for this TV. Which Country are in? Are you in the Ivory Coast, Abidjan?
You are going to have to get in contact with the LG Support Center within your region for service on this unit. Keep in mind that unless you're an LG Authorized Repair Provider or technician, they are not going to guide you through repairing this nor providing you with a service manual.
Sorry to read about your problem getting a picture!...IFV

There is T-CON board under that metal shield with the two FFC cables attached to, you need to get access to that board to check and see if you do have DC Voltage at both ends of the SMD fuse.
Can you post the screen shot of the screen?

Thank you very much for all your replies @budm and @LGElectronics.
@budm I attached a picture of the blue screen. I made some observations and tests before giving it back to the client. The blue screen does not change even if the tcon is plugged or unplugged. I concluded that it is the mainboard that is faulty. Most especially the scaler chip. The client does not have money for a mainboard so I gave it back to him. Sorry for the late reply. Thanks again.
