disconnect the LVDS between MB and Panel from MB site, only feed VCC 12V from MB to VCC T-CON on panel.. check yours screen.... and measure again the points measurements you posted at POST 1

i wrote, feed the Panel VCC 12V from MB... mean you need only one wire solder between MB and Panel VCC point
