Samsung QE82Q60RAT
Good day.
My samsung qe82q60rat works from external source like hdmi etc. But the i cannot access the menu itself. Its just hanges after a few seconds of startup..
Remote is then unresponsive. Only power button works but need to press few times. Once off then turning on takes 5 to 10 power button pushes to start.
I can watch from my tv box or laptop for hours without any issues. But manu gets freez and i cannot access any settings.
Today i was able to perform a factory reset but that did not helped. Aby idea's what could be wrong.. see picture. Menu is frozen but the movie is playing..
