I have the TV in the title that keeps restarting, I disconnected the flat cable and found the faulty pin so I isolated it and the TV no longer restarts, I have no video, I have no vgh voltage, how can I proceed?

GeForce RTX2080 Super Aero video gaming card issues help need

This is from my son’s gaming computer that at first had minor overheating issues when playing a very intense game with it causing the computer to crash or reboot

Then bough a new motherboard and a new computer case that a cooling system in it already installed also brought the cooling system for this video card but now the issue with it is that it randomly rebooted screen goes blank randomly and suddenly video freezing or started with video being there then blank screen and then the video comes back or it just stays blank for a while and then maybe it will come back but it...

Samsung UE43RU7092U restarting with no video

The tv is restarting every 5 seconds with no image , i have tryed to remove each of the flex cables separatelly , then the tv stays on , i can hear the sound starting, but no video, i have found a some pins to cover with tape and i get video but after a few seconds a few vertical lines fade in the image, has anyone any idea what should i check or do next?
