Smart TV Graetz - firmware.

Hi all, I have a Graetz smart TV "GR50E5300SA" that gets stuck on the home logo and then turns off, could someone provide me with the firmware to restore it, thanks.

How do you know is the firmware? does it boot continuously?

No, it doesn't start continuously, when I turn it on it stays on the "Smart TV" writing for a while and then turns off.
