I thought it was the TCon because I would spray it an the the flickering stopped each time.
Did it three times. All voltages were fine even while flickering. It is the video not the backlight. Replaced TCon 6871L-2002A. Same video flickering. Its either the main board or the panel. How can I be sure of which one? No access to flat panel tab bonds. P.S voltages good. Sprayed with Freeze Mist.
