Philips 55OLED803/12 HDMI ports "half" defective

Hello everyone, Please excuse my poor English, but I'm using Google Translate ^^ I'm having a problem with the HDMI and USB ports on my 55OLED803/12. It's no longer possible to connect an HDMI device and see the picture. No matter which port I use, it only recognizes the device as an input source and displays it in the list (BD player, Fire TV, etc.). However, the actual picture doesn't appear in the same state. My home theater system also runs via the BD player - it still receives a signal and plays the sound correctly (e.g., from the TV program or an app like Netflix). This works with both HDMI and optical signals. The USB ports briefly detect something connected, but can't maintain this connection. Therefore, I can't install any new software. I've already performed a factory reset (without success) and tried flashing via USB and the NVM.BIN, NVM.EED, or even the latest software (plus the previous version). I've also tried creating log files, but they don't provide any information about the HDMI malfunction. I'm at a loss at this point and need your help

The HDMI port has a +5v pin. The USB port also provides a +5v voltage. Could there be some issue with the 5v supply? Maybe a bad cap there?

check every port with magnifier and dmm to see if pins are shorted bent
