Samsung UN50F6350 display turns white intermittent

TV runs normally but after 10-15 mins of watching. The TV gets less than a second of white screen (see 5 sec video) then it continues normally, just for it to do again after about 10-20 seconds over and over. If the menu is out it does it to the menu as well.

I check the boards for bulging capacitors but there's none, I reseated the cables as well.

Help is greatly appreciated.

first test half screen by disconnect ribbon cable between T-CON and panel once a time. if the fault remain then its Gama chip on T-CON.
BTW. these 48- 50.6ß size panel are absolute rubbish over all brands. so put in mind if you replace T-CON could be the issue at panel too.
