I'm still at this point where I cannot tell if this module is good or bad. It does not have an abnormal appearance to me.

But, I still have a dim snowy picture that no longer seems to be intermittent like it was before.

Not all faulty components manifest with outwardly visible symptoms. Unless you have the schematic and know what to check, the next point would be to swap that board I expect.

I have replaced the X-Main board, but, I have having problems with the 3 ribbon cables on the outside of the board.

I have the top and bottom connected FINALLY, but, I cannot get the center one to go for nothing!

For anyone who has done this, is there a trick to this? Seems like it's a nearly impossible task to get that ribbon cable into the slot at such an impossible angle.
