I got the tv in spring 2024. At that time it started, then ran 60 sec and poweroff. Seemed like reboot issue. I didn't have time and room to check it in summer so I plugged it in and now the standby light is on. I press button on remote, standby light goes off and tries to start?. Samsung QLED QN50Q — purchased 2022 started experiencing a delay in the picture coming on in the morning less than 2 years later. Did not know the term boot loop at that time. As the loop delay ran into a few minutes did all the recommended troubleshooting, soft and hard reset, changing cables and outlet locations, no help. As the delay increased contacted Samsung tech group and allow them remote access the tv. Tech was moving too fast to see exactly what he was doing but this ultimately it was also no help. Lived with the delay until it stretched out over 6 hours. Pulled of off the back cover... -
Hello. I have a Samsung qled model QE58Q60TAU.
The TV restarts continuously and without an image. If I disconnect either half, the TV does not restart, but in both situations I have absolutely nothing on the display, only the backlight is on. I checked the CKv signals and the rest VGH, VSS etc. I measured them against the ground and between them and found between VGH and VSS a resistance of 106 ohms on the B side of the screen (right). I isolated all the signals on the right side and covered them with scotch tape and absolutely nothing has changed, it doesn't restart but I have no picture...
