Nothing is hot under thermal camera. If i plug only the adapter without battery, the motherboard is taking 10mA but when i press de power button is taking 80mA for a few seconds and than is taking again 10mA.

Hello. I have a laptop Hp 250 g7 - motherboard GPI52 LA-J951P and not power on. I have 19v, 3v and 5V and the battery is charging. When i press the power button is doing nothing. The button is good and have 2.6v and makes 0V when i press it. I measured the coil and is ok, not short and the valors is good. I rewrite the bios but is the same.When i connect only de adapter without batter it take 10mA and when i press the power button is about 60-70 mA. Nothing is cold and under thermal camera i can t see anything Thanks....
