    neon lc32 vestal 17pw26_4 v1

hi guys ive got a neon lc32 with a vestal 17pw26_4 v1 board in it .

the problem i have is the boards dead no life in it at all
there was 2 caps bulging so removed them and replaced with no but didnt solve issue
in 1st image ic806 was blown on 1 of the pins i removed it and replaced that aswell ...as u can see the big cap above has black soot on it wich i think is from ic806 blowing ,but took a closer look and the transister q844 looks burnt aswel
could that be the problem of the board being dead

    cheers guys

    Check Q814,Q815 for shorts too.

Just check across pins on ohms mode for any shorts.

That is probably shorted; remove them to confirm the diagnosis.
