Hi,
I'm having problems with my TV (Samsung LE26R88BD). Currently it will not turn on at all, previously on some occasions it would not turn on. Usually to get it fix I had to disconnect it from power outlet for few days.
When the TV is not turning on (in standby mode) the red "infrared indicator" led is on and as soon as I press any button on the remote it goes off, but at the same time it blinks when I press any other button on the remote so it acts like the TV would be turned on. In this state TV will not respond to the buttons on the front panel, like for example power button.
I've replaced few capacitors already (marked red on the attached picture) and measured voltages on the PSU board, noticed that voltages are fluctuating on most of the pins:
Port1:
PWM: 5V - 0V - 5V
ADIM: 0
BL: 0
NC: 0
24V: 24V - 5V - 24V
24V: 24V - 5V - 24V
24V: 24V - 5V - 24V
24V: 24V - 5V - 24V
24V: 24V - 5V - 24V
Port2:
BLU: 0
ADIM: 0
PWM: 0
GND: 0
DET: 5.43V - 0V - 5.43V
Port3: (there are o markings on the board, so below you can find pins and respective voltage, according to the port alignment on the picture)
Left side
1. 0
2. 12V-1V
3. 12V-1V
4. 0
5. 1V-0,6V
6. 1V-0,6V
7. 0
8. 0
9. 12V-1V

11. 5,22V
12. 3,4V-0V

6. 1V-0,6V
7. 0
8. 0
9. 12V-1V
10. 0
11. 0
12. 0
I have only a standard multimeter at home, but please let me know what else can I check to pinpoint the issue.
Any advice will be appreciated and I hope that my description was clear enough. Let me know if you need any other info.
Have a good day!
