    Ok had a quick look this morning removed the bridge rectifier and that's faulty plus noticed this was split ill show a picture

            That's an NTC. You should replace it as it has been wounded by the multiple fuse blows. (This is one reason why a lamp tester is a good idea...) It also looks like that adjacent resistor may be damaged too. I suspect you have a PFC section fault.
