Im trying to fix a tv at the moment its a samsung hl-t6176s green light is blinking and it cycles on and off on its own. i took off the back cover and it seems like the bulb is trying to turn on i see like a spark on the light.

I am willing to pay for info on how to fix. do i send a message directly to tomcat for service such as this one? I am new here guys and if I am breaking any rules please let me know my intentions here are to be a nuisance but to learn and in time hopefully help others -

the tv turns on. so yes it was the lamp and lamp ballastComment
