well the seller said return the board for full refund so i didnt do the check that tom wanted me to do just because i didnt see the need if the board was being sent back.. waiting on refund then to order another board and we will se what happens.. i will update then

UPDATE: i purchased another defective t-con board on fle bay for $15 shipped then purchased a as15f chip for $5 and installed new chip on def board and tv works nice now. i was having a flickering problem after install but moving one of the lvds cables made it go away
