Those are capacitors. Reading one end is OK.

I have just tested each pin coming out of the av board to the t board is it ? I got these readings from top to bottom

Without a pin diagram hard to telll.... there should be an "LTN","LTA","LTY"###### number on the back of the LCD panel. e.g. SAMSUNG LTA32P0A6. Can you locate this? Part number scheme might vary.

DS:

No obvious enable pin. You would need a scope to see if main board is sending video to tcon.

Right decided to give this another try moved the ribbon to the t board and I get this when I move it about

If you like you can use the scope you have to see if main board is sending any video signal to that bonded t-con board.

Try checking the R0N, R0P, RCN and RCP test pads. As you have been testing on the plasma.

Try 100mV/div at 1ms/div on RCP and RCN.

200 mv it was other wise it went off screen with 1 ms that's rcn
