Samsung UE43MU6105K IC1604 dump needed - TV don't start

Could you help me,I have a Samsung UE43MU6105K with the following problem, dead TV, when I disconnect the main power supply to logic board, the leds light up.

The model of my TV is UE43MU6105K

Main Board: BN41-02568B
BN94-12007Y

Maybe in the panel, disconnect the lvds cable from the panel and apply power.
