Samsung PN43D450A2DXZA x-main rev 1.6 to rev 1.8 ?

I've been working on a 43" samsung model PN43D450A2DXZA. The problem was clicking relay and PS shutdown. I replaced y- sustain and x-sustain boards. Now the TV boots up. Their is a flash across screen for just a second. The Vs and Va drop down to almost zero. I suspect that the reason is that the x-sustain board is rev. 1.8 instead of the 1.6 that was in the TV. All of the Fet's were shorted on the Original board but not the new one. Should the 1.8 work. My intention was to get it working then upgrade the firmware. I bought a 1.6 off ebay but was sent a 1.8. I tried to return it to the seller but they said the 1.8 wàs the right replacement... Please help...

Thanks capkid Ok.. When I installed the rev. 1.8 Board then I get a flash on the screen at first but still no picture. With the Y and X sustain boards unplugged should the Va and Vs voltages stay present all of the time or just when I turn the set on. It seems that the power supply is going into stand-by mode no matter what. i have replaced both the X and Y sustain boards with new ones. What should I try next..

Ok...Put in new boards still same thing with the power supply shutting down. I checked all fet's , diodes and transistors on both X and Y main and no shorts . What else could be shutting down the power supply. I have 200volts and 60 volts on vs and va as soon as I power up then it drops.. Screen shows no visable cracks. ???

unplug the x main...then try to power on the set.
if set powers on u got a bad x main...something shorted in it
