Ok, so the fuse is white, labeled F1, what is the voltage of each side, neg probe on chassis ground.

as no voltage you need to start tracing back too find why the 12v is missing

There may not be power to the T-CON due to damage to the firmware, do you have a programmer so that you can read and write dumps?
