                  Panel fault.
                  These Toshibas are well known for this, have a 37Z3030D with another panel fault... argh....!

                          It's the panel but you might be able to fix it by removing a tab driver

                              Many thanks will try this do you know is T-CON BOARD 6870C-0072A is for this model?

                                      Please can you explain what the fault could be same a image at top when you swith Tv on after 15 minutes it goes and have no problem untill you stwitch off and turn off

                                              Hi everyone,

                                              I’m looking for the correct firmware for my Toshiba 65UL2163DG TV.
                                              The mainboard is Vestel 17MB180E, and my panel is VES650QNTX-N2-N42.
                                              The board I received is flashed for VES650QNDB_N41 and shows double “No signal”.

                                              I need the correct USB update package (upgrade_mb180.zip / upgrade.bin) for:
                                              - Toshiba 65UL2163DG
                                              - Vestel 17MB180E mainboard
                                              - Panel VES650QNTX-N2-N42
                                              - Version V1.28.100.0 if available

                                              If anyone has the file, please share a download link (WeTransfer, MEGA, Google Drive) and include version.txt...
