Samsung SP-R4232

I got this plasma to work on and it has a very bad pic. I have worked on many but this one had corrosion on the main board and it looks like the lower Y board as well bad. The vertical red lines I think are from the main board corrosion and the other lines are due to the y-lower.. Anyone have any other ideas?

The only voltage that seemed off was VE and it was 75 tag said it should be 110

I would say that both your Y-buffers are bad, pretty common symptom with these sets.
