Quick update I have replaced all the boards and still same problem but if I take the lead out from the power board to the X board I get the samsung chimes and the clicking stops, could it be just a faulty lead??

Have you tested the Ysus,Xsus and buffers for shorts ?

Fitted a new power board to my one ,, problem solved,, happy days
