LG 42L H3000 acts like needs to warm up before picture is watchable(picture inside)

Hi guys I purchased this LG tv for £30 which isnt a great deal, and am not fussed im wanting to see if i can fix it, anyways I was wondering if its a bad cap or 2 that is casuing this problem.

It stays like this for about 15-30mins before coming watchable.
I have yet to strip it down to inspect and was wondering if anyone here has had this or a similar problem and know whats up.

So if i am to strip it and apply presure to the front tabs to find out which 1?
What do I need to keep the presure on?

Bicycle inner tube, foam bumpons, anything that is slightly flexible.

Definitely bad panel, slight chance of fix through tab bonds.

do what tom is advicing you to do you will be fine with it
