When you get the set open, take some good, clear photos of the boards inside.

Cat pee can cause a lot of problems for electronics, is that before the problem occurred or just now?
Do you see those four copper plated holes top left corner of this image? https://www.badcaps.net/forum/attach...9&d=1382462412
You need to take a piece of wire or a crocodile clip and connect the holes marked 3 and 4, then unplug the bottom most connector (on the same image.) Plug TV in and you should see test patterns, are they still distorted? (Note, make the connection changes while TV is unplugged then plug TV in to test.)

OK, this indicates a control board problem or bad C buffer board.
Unplug the power to the set.
Reseat (unplug and re-insert) the left two white connectors. Same image as before https://www.badcaps.net/forum/attach...9&d=1382462412
Trace them to the other end -- the C board. Reseat them there too.
Same issue?

OK, can you post one large picture of the whole chassis? I have one last theory that it could be a loose Va (C-buffer power) connector. If not you will have to replace the C buffer board (this is NOT the same as the Y buffer board...)

Looks like the power comes in to the right hand C board and goes to the other board. Had hoped this was like 2011 panel where it came in from the left. Anyway I think the only solution is to replace the right hand C board. This is also sometimes called the F buffer board. Shouldn't be too expensive to replace.
If you cat did pee on the control board, I would also suggest you replace that just in case.
What is the full model number of your set for example PS51F480.

I just checked. The E & F buffer boards on your TV are bonded to the screen! They cannot be replaced. The only hope is maybe a control board would fix it... but if not, then the TV would have to have the E/F board directly repaired (at the component level) which may or may not be possible.

And yet another fine example of non replaceable simplicity. Considering the amount of cat pee in the control board I would clean it thoroughly with electronics cleaner spray and a brush and check the right side ribbon cable connections where it goes to the control board from the panel for corrosion. Also the pins inside the connectors on the control board for corrosion as well. Cat pee is extremely corrosive
