vizio e321mv

Hi Guys, I'm trying to fix a vizio e321mv when plugged in the vizio light turns orange when I push the power button the orange light goes out with no response if I unplug and plug it in again it repeat's itself so after some reading here I looked at the MX25L6406E chip if I heat this chip up with hair dryer the tv works fine I can shut it on and off a few times no problem but when I cool chip it goes back to the orange light no start up condition. so I have the MX25L6406E chip on its way I just need the program file to program the chip I could probably heat the chip and get a good read but having the file would be much easier any help with this would be great

Thanks, haven't used my programer in a while would like to try it on my own just love the feeling of programing a chip an have it work I will try to read old chip and see what I get if that doesn't work I will order one pre programed

have bin file for eprom Vizio 796401300500R Main Board for E321MV if anyone needs it let me know and I will send it to you

it ended up being the power supply board all working good

This is a bin file for a 37" Visio. It is supposed to be the same as the 32" models.
